3. Information on how to enter the Victoria Point Shopping Centre “Subscribe & Win – $250 Gift Card” Promotion (Promotion) and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Promoter
5. The Promoter is Victoria Point Shopping Centre (ABN 65 002 203 581), located at Cnr Bunker Road & Cleveland Redland Bay Road, Victoria Point QLD 4165.
6. Promotion Period
7. The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Monday, 6 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 17 April 2026.
8. Eligibility
9. Entry is open to residents of Queensland, Australia aged 18 years or over.
10. Employees of the Promoter, participating retailers, and associated agencies (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.
11. How to Enter
12. To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotion Period:
13. Scan the QR code available at Victoria Point Shopping Centre or via promotional material; and
14. Complete and submit the online entry form with all required details.
15. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period.
16. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
17. Prize Details
18. There is one (1) prize to be won.
19. The prize is a $250 Gift Card.
20. Total prize pool value: $250 AUD.
21. Prize Draw & Notification
22. The winner will be drawn at random on Monday, 20 April 2026 at 11:30 am AEST at the Promoter’s centre management office.
23. The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw.
24. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
25. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within this timeframe, a redraw may take place.
26. Prize Conditions
27. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
29. The winner is responsible for collecting the prize from Victoria Point Shopping Centre, unless otherwise arranged.
30. Verification
31. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and residency) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
32. Privacy
33. Personal information is collected for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may be used for marketing communications.
34. By entering, entrants’ consent to receiving communications from the Promoter.
35. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
36. Liability
37. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and any companies associated with this Promotion (including their officers, employees and agents), excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way from participating in the Promotion or otherwise arising out of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control), any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference, any entry that is late, lost, altered, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including but not limited to Entrant error or omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption or communications failure, any tax liability incurred by an Entrant, or any use of a prize by a winner.
38. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
39. It is the responsibility of each Entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.

40. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion if required, including if for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, COVID-19 restrictions or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
41. If all or any part of any term of condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid, or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
42. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
43. Any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or prize.
44. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
45. Promoter’s decision
46. The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
47. By entering the Promotion, each Entrant licenses and grants the Promoter and its affiliates and sub-licensees a nonexclusive, royalty-free, fee-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify, adapt and display their entry for any purpose, and in any media, including but not limited to future promotional, publicity and marketing purposes, without payment or compensation restriction on use, attribution or liability.
48. Each Entrant consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in any medium, worldwide, for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration.

49. The Promoter will collect personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, and for this purpose disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry in the Promotion is conditional on providing this personal information.
