Ten casual leasing sites are available within Victoria Point Shopping Centre and Casual leasing is a great way for businesses to launch new product and increase their customer base and sales.

Our shoppers are typically families with children living at home, making up 44.10% of the Redlands Local Government Area. The majority of which are currently living in their fully owned or mortgaged house and have a combined annual salary of $94,380. With the population of the Centre’s primary trade area expected to increase by an average of 18% in the next 15 years, Victoria Point Shopping Centre’s presence in the market will continue to grow.

Displays need to be of a professional standard and must be attended during the Centre’s trading hours.

Daily, three day and weekly packages are available. Sites are available up to a maximum of 3m x 3m. Demand is high which means advance bookings are essential.
